Hmph.

Thought i was being really very original by wanting a decorative birdcage to have at my wedding for people to write notes of well wishes and then tuck them in the cage. and then you have this awesome cool cage to hang on your porch later on. APPARENTLY it is like, the most unoriginal idea on the planet and people have been doing this for AGES. who knew. i guess i had to have gotten the idea from somewhere. they are actually harder to find than i thought - i saw the PERFECT one at Rose and Radish but it was sold two days later, story of my life because i hesitated. There is this white one there now, i think i might buy it and spray it hot pink. because i can. But i really wanted a dome one like the one in the bottom photo...just seems sweeter and a little more whimsical. so i am sure while i continue the search, the white one will find it's way to a new owner..grrrrrr....
