Dear Stinky Cheese From France...I have never tried you before let alone HEARD of you but i think i love you. Your name is Langres and you are from the South of France and you are to be served by pouring CHAMPAGNE all over you before eating you - HELLO best thing ever. Cheese is one of those foods you never thought you would drool so much over and then you come to crave a good Manchego and quince or a triple cream and honey from hawaii or anything from Cowgirl Creamery...and then to add in my favorite beverage on top of it? sigh.........
