Whitney Pozgay is the niece of Kate Spade and just came out with the Fall 2010 lookbook for the debut of her clothing line Whit. That tulip skirt is more than i can handle - i love the tailored poofiness, the pockets and the high waist. Would be a beautiful piece for all seasons. Pretty much anything from the Whit catalog is divine.
