I don't own many frilly shirts but the ones that i do i LOVE and have pretty much worn to death. The right combination of pattern and frill can take a shirt from plain to ultra feminine and sophisticated. This shirt with its small black and white print, it's small cascade of ruffles and the touch of black at the wrists is quite intriguing...just the right amount of come hither 1952 secretary and modern day Chanel loving girl...
