The Alexander Wang Coco bag that is black leather with the gold studs on the bottom (that one of the olsens has had for ages) sold out of Barney's in 26 minutes. 26 MINUTES. Wonder who you had to be to be on the first of that list. Amazing marketing on Wang's behalf - he stirred up so much interest about that bag ages before it came out by giving it to the one woman who would make it look cooler than cool so that women are literally falling over themselves to get at it. And i would bet a large chunk of them don't necessarily think the bag is all that wonderful - they just need to have THE bag. Yipes. Will be interesting to see the imitations that it spawns.
