Funny/Sweet Engagement Story

I am a sucker for these kinds of stories although i think it's crazy that some people go to such great lengths to propose, like there is a constant one-upping to do the most unique and over the top proposal. but each couple has their ways...ours was basically in our pajamas on the beach, me thinking it is way too early to be out in the cold and that i wished ashley would just walk with me and help find cool shells (he was walking way ahead of me trying to figure out how the hell he was going to pull this off)...THIS story is one i haven't heard before and i really like the idea of all these strangers handing her balloons - would have loved to have seen her face!
