Uh...I Don't Get It

I mean I get why it's on SALE but I don't get how someone in the design studio at Gap looked at a flannel puffy jacket with stumpy sleeves and said YEAH! this is going to go like hot cakes. It makes me giggle to look at it because i picture wearing it with your sweater oozing out on top of your hands from out of those stumpers and for whatever reason not being able to bend your elbows very much. If you are into it - you are in luck - it's on sale, let loose!
